Supply & fixing in replacement of main hoist rope of size 13mm dia heavy duty for OTIS Make lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Usha Martin/ Bharatwire/ As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing in replacement of main hoist rope of size 10 mm dia heavy duty for OTIS Make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Usha Martin/ Bharatwire/ As per OEM recommendation).

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement alongwith all connected accessories of defective Sheave C.I/Casting Traction Sheave 4 Grooves pully code OD520x4x10 mm bore size 90 mm ,key size 20x7 Bore length -150 mm ,width size 115 mm with main hoist rope of size 10 mm dia heavy duty (in 08 passenger lift) G+6 storey ( 7 storeys ) for OTIS Make lift as per site requirement welding/brazing etc complete and testing on load complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : As per OEM recommendation).

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement alongwith all connected accessoriest of defective Sheave C.I/Casting Traction Sheave 3 Grooves pully code OD520x3x10 mm bore size 90 mm ,key size 20x7 Bore length -150 mm ,width size 115 mm with main hoist rope of size 13 mm dia heavy duty (in 13 passenger lift) G+6 storey ( 7 storeys ) fo OTIS Make lift as per site requirement welding/brazing etc complete and testing on load complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and Fix in replacement of suspension rod, bull dog clamp and anchoring plate assembly complete on load for OTIS Make lift all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing in replacement of OSG rope of dia 06 mm dia for OTIS Make lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Usha Martin/ Bharatwire/ As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing in replacement of thimble rod for 10/13 mm rope (car side & cwt side) for OTIS Make lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing CI OSG pit pully as per OEM suitable for OTIS Make 8/13 passenger lifts complete all as specified and directed. (Make : As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing aluminium landing door sill of size 1700 mm x 50mm x 30mm thick as per sample suitable for OTIS Make 8/13 passenger lifts complete all as specified and directed . (Make : As per OEM recommendation).

Note for item No 1.01 to 1.10:- (i) The entire work shall be done through OEM M/s OTIS. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No 95 & 96 from respective OEM M/s OTIS. within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action will be taken as per policy in vogue.

Section -II for JOHNSON Make Lifts

Supply & fixing in replacement SMPS 12V switch suitable for Jhonson make lifts for the 13/08 passenger lifts complete with wiring all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make :- As per OEM recomendation)

Supply & fixing in replacement IR door beam sensor 12V/O.2 A with 20 numbers of diodes, pattern of cris-cross beams meeting the requirements of EN 81-20 with IP-65 rating and housed in slim aluminium profile suitable for the 13/08 passenger Jhonson make lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Section -III

Taking down old unsv Hooters of 0.5 km range, rechargeble bty, speaker & PCB card and complete wiring & Supply & fixing new Hooters of 0.5 km range, rechargeble bty, speaker & PCB card and complete wiring for lift installed at various locations size 10x4x8, metal body , 230 V suitable for Johnson/Otis/Thyssen/kone make lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 90 watt, 220-230 volts, heavy duty, metallic finish, 1400 rpm ( Make: Phillips/ Havells/ Bajaj).

Note for item No 2.01 to 2.23:- (i) The entire work shall be done through OEM's i.e. of M/sJohnson (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No 95 & 96 from respective OEMs of and M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action will be taken as per policy in vogue.
