REPAIRS TO EXTERNAL SERVICES VIZ DRAINS SEWAGE LINE COMPOUND WALL HARD STANDING IN MD AND OTM ACCN OF AGE BR II UNDER GE (NW) NOFRA

Note :- Contractor has to attended daily complaint (of sewage) on particular day otherwise penality fo Rs 500/- per day will be leived on contractor.

Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of any size any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage, plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The qty is considered for one year cleaning work will be done on quarterly basis as per plan given and regular complaint will be attended simultanously.

(b) for 250/300 mm dia pipe line

M&L for Providing services for Repair/ Rectification of Sewage work including cleaning of all traps (Gully, Nahani & floor), Manholes and Sewage line of any dia, any type. Work in one shift of 0800 Hrs (9000 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) with TWO MTS Safaiwala (excepet sunday and holiday ). All the complaints to be attended and rectified within 08 hours of issue of complaint slip on day to day basis failing which recovery @ Rs.200/- per complaints shall be deducted from the due payment of the contractor. a) Tools and plant, transportaion and safety equpiment required to complete the job shall be provided by the contractor. b) Necessary safety equipments as decided by Engr-In-Charge and as per standard Govt norms shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L for Removing/cleaning of chocks/blockages of sewage manholes of any size at any depth including pumping liquid waste/sewage, plugging and diverting the flow in the drain if necessary using Kampti/cleaning rods, choke removing machine etc and including taking precautionary and safety measures such as use of safety belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drains etc including drains manholes on either side and sewers passing hole knots disc of required size and sprinkle bleaching powder at places from where they are removed etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Jointing only cast iron pipes and fittings AC pipes with cement joints for pipes 100mm dia upto ground plus 7th floors, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 7 above but 75mm dia.

Excavation in trenches in n.exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shaffs walls, manholes pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil as specified

S&F for 200mm bore RCC pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collers as specified including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including forming cradle after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore RCC pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm internal dia, laid in trenches and jointed as specified including dismantling of existing drain pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 with soil

Removing excavated material / debries including loading /unloading, upto 50 km and depositing all per BMC guidelines, all as directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia 200mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, complete all as specified.

Taking down Cast iron pipe of dia 100mm fixed on wall or in floor including all fittings upto 7th floor of bldg. complete all as specified.

Taking down Cast iron pipe of dia 75 mm fixed on wall or in floor including all fittings upto 7th floor of bldg. complete all as specified.

S&F 100 mm dia sand cast CI soil waste & vent pipe in any length with ears and jointed with neat cement paste fixed to wall upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F in repairs factory made RCC cover slab of size 450mm x 600mm size and 100mm thick , including placing over at directed locations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing drainage/culvert including removing cover slab carefully without damaging and clean soils,spoils,vegetation,silt etc and relaying cover slabs and removing waste materials outside MD Land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, upto 16th floor of bldg.,complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade complete all as specified. Note : Work carried out upto 16th floor of building.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade Jointed with grey cement and pigments including removing existing block as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning laid over and including 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compaction by means of surface vibrator & removing of old broken tiles.

Dismantling of old interlocking tiles carefully and Refixing in same location interlocking paver tiles any thickness and M&L for 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of PCC paver block, chequred tiles and any type of PCC flooring by water spray and apply one coat of acrylic emulsion paint suitable for floor by using brush, complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:4) 20mm thick for laying tiles and including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L for raking out random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:3 , complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade complete all as specified. Note : Work carried out upto 7th floor of building.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet seat covers closed pattern with flat bottom and MS chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair white vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with PVC seat cover including connection to down pipe and flushing pipe all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces & apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified.
