Earthing with Copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 4mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with Thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (Make Anchor /Havells /HPL/I.A/ Equivalent make of required specification to be approved by the Engineer In charge) 200 AMP 35K FP MCCB

Providing, Installing, testing and commissioning of CPCB IV silent type Diesel generating set along with having prime power rating of 82.5 kVA 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase system and for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the followings:- a) Diesel Engine:- Diesel Engine 4 stroke water cooled electric start with 104 BHP rating at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 degree C, 50% RH at at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000 capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. b) Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-Stop Switch with key(ii) Water temperature indication(iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication(iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication(v) Battery charging indication(vi) RPM Indication(vii) Over Speed indication(viii) Low lub oil trip indication (ix) Engine hours indication c) Alternator:- Synchronous alternator rated at 82.5 kVA 104 BHP 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 50 Hz. AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factors at 40 degree C, 50% RH and at 1000 meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPSD enclosure, brushless continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. d) Base Frame and Foundation:- Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS Channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable existing cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. e) Fuel Tank:- Minimum Daily Service fuel tank of 220 litres capacity fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S Sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS Class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia complete with valves, level indications and accessories as required as per specifications. f) Exhaust System:- Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. g) Starting System:- 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable capacity lead acid type battery as required as per specifications. h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. I) Construction of base platform of suitable dimensions with M-10 Grade (1:3:6) 1Cement, 3Sand, 6(20mm) crushed course agg. Including plastering the exposed surface in C:M 1:4 for placing the DG Set on it. The cost is inclusive of GST and all other taxes applicable, contractor profit, overhead, carriage, loading, unloading and Transit insurance etc. The successful contractor is required to provide atlease two services during the defect liability peiod either after running 500 hours or after six months whichever is earlier. Supply and fixing of following rating onload I-O-II Four pole with advanced neutral on load change over switch with Enclosure confirms to IS 13947 (Part-3) IEC:609473) (Make I.A/Havells/HPL/Crompton Equivalent make of required specification to be approved by the Engineer In charge) 400 Amp

Design, manufacture, testing at works & supply, installation, testing & commissioning outdoor typecubicle panel floor mounted (on base frame) totally enclosed and extensible type .
