Dismantling, removing and carefully stacking Doors & windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Providing post control anti termite treatment by drilling holes ½” dia at uniform intervals of ½” at the junction of walls and floors to a depth of 4” to 6” inside the building best quality anti termite solution shall be injected into these holes by using hand pump or pressure pump till its refusal. The wooden frames shall the treated with the anti termite solution and the outer periphery of the building shall be treated by making a small channel alround the building with suitable intervals after completion of the treatment all the holes drill in the floors and walls will be closed and finishing neatly with cement mortar 1:3 and with the white cement or other suitable materials to render the surface to original condition at his own cost. The rate is inclusive of all labour and the work should be done as per IS 6313 of 1981 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Labour charges for removing the existing work station of size 1.50mx 1.50m etc., Complete and as dirceted by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality II Class Ground Chamber Burnt Bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron with both side plastering reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with Lappato matt finish Kajaria Vitrified tiles of size 600x600x8mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 800 x 800 x 10mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and laying wooden flooring at site 8mm thick of approved make using click laminated floor with inbuilt 3mm sound bloc class of use 31 water resistant AC 3 grade impact resistant IC3 (as per EN 130 900 / 1400) having 0.60mm MLC (Multi-Layer Guard + SRSG 2) (Scratch Resistant Surface Second Generation) on top of moisture high density fibre board substrate specially developed copr of plank size 1288 x 196 x 8mm having joints tongue and groove to secure long lasting joint. The tongue and groove having the edges duly pre impregnated with par affine including laying 0.20mm thick alkali resistant polyethylene sheet of density 850 kg / m3 beneath the laminated wooden panel to absorb the sound caused including labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete

Dadooing the walls with best approved quality, Riveria grey glossy finish tiles of sizes 300x600x8mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing and fixing Greenlam Sturdo Classique Evergreen Toilet Cubicle ( of following Standard dimension which includes 600mm door size width) made of heat, bacteria,water, Chemical, Scratch, impact and anti bacterial resistant 12mm thick solid compact laminate panels tested by SHriram Test House. Finish of the com[act laminate should be Suede/*Raw Silk, which includesdoors, plisters and intermediate panels finished with approved texture/shade as per the detailed drawings and as per IS2046 (Indian Standard) and as per fire retartant BS-476/97 Standard. The product should have Green Guard Certificate. This also oncludes providing and fixing inmposition necessary hardwae made out of Stainless steel (Grade 304) as per manufacturer's specifications and Architects instructuin like (1) Door Knob, (2) Gravity Hinges,(3) Thumb turn lockset with occupancy indicators, (4)coat hooks with door stopper (5) U - Chaneels, (6)Adjustable foot/pedestal, (7) Top rail with corner connector (8) Rubber noise deafening tapr, (9) SScrews and wall plugs. Renewing the damaged double skin wall panelling using 21/2"x11/2" Aluminium Channel 2"-0" intervals on both directed and fixing to the existing wall portion and fixing 12mm thick anti termites water proofing plywood using screws etc., and finishing with 1mm thick special texture super matt laminate sheet of approved quality and colour with grooves using fevicol etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing country wood frame for door and window any other similar joinery works using following size of upto 4m in length Country wood scantling of pillai maruthu or patak including labour for wrought and putup in position etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Supplying and fixing "Gyp board Stepped false ceiling using 10mm thick Gypboard of approved quality design pattern and drops given by the deptl officers. Using "U" shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20mc/c on both longtitudinal and cross fixing "U" shaped G.I channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thick, direction for vertical sup port and at 0.90m centre to centre on longtitudinal direction respectively for Horizontal support by using teak wood reepers at corners and at intermediately and fixing the "GYPBOARD" on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the deptl officers. Renewing the damaged Cornice with new one of Size 150mm width including labour charges and fixing in position with necessary screws and nails etc.,Complete and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
