M&L for repairing/overhauling of the non clogging pump of capacity 12.5 HP coupled with motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, bearings housing shaft, gunmetal impeller etc assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers and checking the alignment connecting up delivery, suction pipes and testing complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Removal of sludge and sediments in dry or mud state from sewage sump of any capacity getting out and removal of sludge from pump house & disposing away from domestic premises all as specified and directed. Loc :- Sewage pump house No 1 and 2.

M & L for servicing the Diesel Engine 14HP at sewage pump house complete including replacing the following spares all as specified and directed. Loc :- Sewage pump house No 1 and 2. Note: Spare parts supply as given below included

M&L for repair/rewinding of the induction motor set by dismantling the pump and motor and rewinding the motor with suitable size of copper enameled winding wire and insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of bushes and any other parts required for proper functioning, re-assembling, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed of the following capacities :-

Electric motor of 10 HP Capacity.

Electric motor of 12.5 HP Capacity.

Electric motor of 50 HP Capacity.

Preparing surfaces of fire hydrant pipe line up to 150mm dia by scrapping old rusted paint with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of fire red colour over one coat of red oxide primer including marking fire hydrant flow complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixtures to the wall or ceiling or laying in floors including taking down the unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but 80 mm dia bore.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm dia flanged of class PN 1.6 confirming to IS with rubber gasket joints bolts nuts etc. complete including taking down the old unsv sluice valve all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel all as specified and directed. head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 80 mm .

Supply & Fix foot valve conforming to IS 4038 of size 100mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing the old fire hydrant valve of size 63to 150 mm from hydrant post and removing the corrosion and changing the damaged pins from pivot end softening the shaft of iron wheel and applying the grease for lubrication of fire hydrant valves complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal gate valve heavy duly ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes 25 mm bore dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective induction motor of capacity 7.5 HP of any make, 415 Volts, 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connection, removing the motor from bed by decoupling with pump transporting to work shop, dismantling the burnt out winding wire and rewinding the motor with same type super enameled copper wire of same gauge and necessary insulating material, varnishing heating etc and reassembling the motor completely and transporting back to location and alignment with the pump and electrical and mechanical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the induction motor of capacity 7.5HP and split opening completely for replacing the bearing and supply and fixing new bearing for both drive and non drive including reassembling the motor and connecting up all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of fire control cabinet of size 0.75m x 0.5m x 0.3 m by scrapping out old rusted paint and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer by spray painting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI Non return valve flanged type heavy duty confirming to IS with rubber gasket joints bolts nuts etc complete 100mm dia bore all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 above but 80mm dia.

Supply and fix fire bucket stand suitable for 4 buckets Make : Newage fire protection/ABC fire India/Safex Fire services.

Supply and lay cable 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor flexible industrial cable fixing to walls with proper saddles /inside the PVC conduit including taking down the unsv cable all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal fire hydrant landing valve 80 mm flanged type screwed in bonnet having instantaneous coupling with single outlet as per IS 5290 all as specified and directed. Make Kirloskar/Zoloto
