Supply,Installation testing and commissioning of Factory made LT panel board outdoor type, dust & Vermin proof fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet approved by CPRI fixed with Angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm duly powder coated complete using lugs,and glands of cable connection and having epoxy coated copper bus bar of size 40 x 6 mm, 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 415 Volts, 50Hz mounted on epoxy insulators, prewired with suitable size of PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor cable having independent enclosure for incoming and outgoing electrical connection and cable gland at bottom for incoming and outgoing and locking arrangement on front side and taking down existing LT panel all as directed by Engineer in Charge including following fittings and all as directed fixtures as mentioned below

(d) Digital Ampere meter 0-200 Amp 3 Phase, 96x96 Sqmm with suitable CT ratio -01 Nos (e) indicator lamp LED type of (R,Y,B) set of 3 No Note:- (i) Panel shall be fixed in foundation of PCC(1:3:6) type C2, size of the base shall be as per manufacturer instructions. cost of the base shall be deemed to beincluded in the unit rates of this item. (ii) All serviceable items obtained from existing LT panels suvh as MCCBs,Starter, relay, indicator lamp shall be deposited in AGE E/M storeyard.

Taking out Defective XLPE/PVC insulated armoured Heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts cross sectional area of following sizes from the Trenches/wall or floors for relaying or deposited to MES Storeyard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing of uneven surfaces of the natural ground, rough excavated surfaces and filled area where ordered shall be trimed to an even surface horizontal or slopping, by removing vegetation , bushes and by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to given an even and neat look to the site, depth of cutting not exceeding 15 cm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

An amount of Rs 2,83,837.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
