Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs , beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete - 75 mm average thickness.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams , lintels , columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades / balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement , all complete - Upto and including 12mm dia.

Providing , mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and complete in all respect - SBR Polymer ( @ 10% of cement weight ) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications . Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube cursing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 25 mm average thickness in two layers.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.

Removing the existing cement paint / colour wash in the interior / exterior face using scrapping blade / wire brush and other proper tools upto floor five level to ensure the surface is free of loose particles, deposits, dusts etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing welded steel windows of standard rolled steel section, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs, 10 cm long with steel lugs embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or wooden plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with fixing Bolts and nuts as required including fixing and welding of M.S. sheet of 1.20mm thick with M.S. flat beading welded around the panels welding of hinges, handles, tower bolts, hooks and eyes including the cost of applying a priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete window side hung/top hung

Mixing a polymeric cementitious based bonding coat for bonding agent mixed thoroughly with mechanical mixing and applying the mix with brush on the prepared surface of the column / beams at the new and old concrete joint but the micro concrete should be laid with in 4 hours from the time of application with all lead and lift etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing high strength Non shrink free flow micro concrete of ERA/SIKA/FOSROC/Mc Bauchimie/ DON/ BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and test ed by accredited institions like IIT/SERC/NTH or so (confirming to ASTIM C 109. 7cm cube for compressive strength 45-50 MPa, Physical properities: Tensile sgrength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80), Flexural strength - 5.0N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc. upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken consdiering 60mm average thickness of prepared surface) for this treatment precise quantity of water i.e 0.15 W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufactures specification with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Note: shuttering and reinforcement wherever shall be paid separately).
