CONDEMNATION AND REPLACEMENT OF 146 ACs AT INMAS UNDER GE (I) R AND D DELHI

M&L for taking out of existing BER ACs (Window/Split/package type) of any capacity from multi-story buildings (G+1/ G+2/G+3/G+4) complete with all connecting items i.e. Indoor/outdoor units, refrigerant piping, ducting, cable and old base stand etc. after disconnecting all electrical connection, refrigerant piping and ducting carefully with the help of rope suspended mobile platform/hydra complete and deposited to MES store yard as directed in and including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of T&P including rope suspended mobile platform/ hydra/transportation etc. and safety equipments of workers is deemed to be including in quoted rate under respective items.

M&L for taking out of existing BER Voltage Stabilizer of any type complete with all connecting accessories after disconnecting all electrical connection and deposited to MES store yard or as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Air cooled type Packaged air-conditioning units of capacity 5.5 TR complete (Design condition : Temperature 22±2℃ and RH 50±5%) with charged refrigerant R410A/ 407C, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 HZ,with Hot and Cold arrangement, made out of Pure polyester powder coated GI steel with thermetically sealed Reciprocating or Multi Scroll compressors with microprocessor based control complete with overload, low voltage, high voltage & phase imbalance protection, electrical interconnection between indoor and outdoor units , suitable for operation on R - 407c/R -410a refrigerants & first charge of refrigerant & oil ,air cooled condenser, fan section with statically/dynamically balanced centrifugal blower driven by a TEFC squirrel cage three speed motor, Multi rows cooling coil of copper, aluminium fins and cooper header duly coated with anti corrosion and thermally conductive coating etc., comprising of copper refrigerant piping duly coated with anti corrosion and thermally conductive coating as per OEM recommendation (Set of two for suction and discharge for each compressor circuit from indoor to outdoor with insulation as per OEM recommendation), Anti vibration Pads and necessary PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation and allied civil works complete all as specified and directed.
