Taking down/collect the unserviceable/burnt ceiling fan/exhaust fan/pedestal fan/wall mounted fan/cabin fan any sweep from any height of building/site for repair/rewinding/overhauling and re-fixing the same after repair/overhauling and testing fans complete at same place or where directed complete all as specified. (i) Fixing of repaired fan in any location of camp area shall be contractors responsibility at his own arrangement of transport and T& P. (ii) Old burnt wire will be contractors property and necessary credit shall be recovered as per sch of credit attached) Note – Repair/rewinding/overhauling shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch.

M&L for strip opening of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep for overhauling including cleaning, greasing, oiling and minor repair work, including checking nuts and bolts, clamps etc complete and reassembling the same after testing on full load with blade complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Capacitor, Bearings, Regulators, Rubber reel and other connected items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply and fixing).

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200 mm sweep any make with super enameled copper winding wire ISI marked of gauge as per existing including cutting and getting out old US winding, sleeve work, varnishing , threading incl. making connections with three core copper flexible wire of suitable size and reassembling the same and two coats of synthetic enamel paints with spray painting ind. cleaning the fan with cleaning materials or thimmbles after testing at full load with blades to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge complete all as specified and directed.
