Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, for at least One Similar work such as CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENTS TO PROTECTION WALL of value not less than Rs 20.17 Lakhs. Financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to 2025-26 price level.

Executed in any one year for a continuous period of 12 months the minimum quantities of work usually 80percentage of annual requirement for works costing up to Rs.100.00 lakhs Earthwork excavation, De-Silting and Embankment (Combined Quantity) 657.00 Cum, Cement concrete (Both PCC and RCC) 384.00 Cum & Steel 7.625 Tonne.

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 , 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25(a) Achieved in at least TWO Annual financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 40.35 Lakhs. (Usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract for works costing upto Rs.100.00 lakhs)
