Execavation

Excavation for following depth below G.L. for laying of sewers in ordinary soil earth, sand, loam and clay including cutting of jointing pits, trimming dressing leveling refilling of trenches in 20cm layers watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials up to distance 50m from the centre of trenches.

TIMBERING

Providing and fix open timbering (covering 1/3rd) of surface area by planks in trenches for the following depth below G.L. Consisting of 40 mm approved country wood planks for poling boards 125mm x 75mm Indian Sal wood walers and 100 mm dia. Sal ballies for shuttering at 1.5m c/c including removal after laying. Both sides will be taken as one side for the purpose of payment and measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches and dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Providing and fix close timbering in the trenches for the following depth below G.L. consisting of 40 mm approved country wood planks for poling broads 125 mm x 75 mm Indian Sal wood walers and 100 mm dia. Sal bellies for truing the shuttering at 1.5 M c/c/ including removal after laying of sewers. Both side of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payment and measurement i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Bedding

Lean Cement concrete work in bedding below G.L. at specified depth with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast (1:4:8) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the proper completion of work.

Well graded crushed rock/ gravel max size 25mm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. into the trenches for bedding of DWC/RCC Pipes including watering compaction, labour T&P etc. for completion of work.

Construction of circular type brick masonary/RCC manhole (with Extra Heavy Duty type manhole cover) with top slab made of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with graded granite stone aggregate (12 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 graded stone aggregate other than granite 40mm nominal size, wall made of brick masonry using 1st class bricks having crushing strength between 100 to 149 kg/cm² in cement mortar 1:4 inside plastering 12 mm thick 1:3 finished smooth with neat cement, pinning, outside plaster 1:4 and making channels with cement concrete 1:2:4 graded granite stone aggregate (12 mm nominal size) complete as per specifications.

Providing and erecting temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes hiring of Eucalyptus Ballies and arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work). The rate is for unit length of pipe laying.

Construction of House Connecting chambers for two connections of size 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.75m including supply of materials, labour T&P etc (also including excavation, & refiling of tranches, disposal of surplus earth and garbage up distance of 12 Km from the site etc. complete).

Making Domestic Sewer connection using 110mm HDPE pipe PN-6, PE-100 including supply of pipe, specials, Bedding as per CPHEE manual, labours, material, T&P etc. in true to alignment & gradient (also including dismantling & restatement of drain, excavation & refiling of tranches disposal of surplus earth and garbage up distance of 12 Km from the site etc. complete).

Laying of Sewer line from House Connecting chambers to M.H using 160mm HDPE pipe PN-6, PE-100 including supply of pipe, specials, Bedding as per CPHEE manual, labours, material T&P etc. in true to alignment & gradient (also including excavation & refiling of tranches disposal of surplus earth and garbage up distance of 12 Km from the site etc. complete).

Sewer Inter Connection Chamber to intercept the waste water from toilet, kitchen, and bathroom 0.30x0.30x0.45m including supply of materials, labour T&P etc (also including excavation, & refiling of tranches, disposal of surplus earth and garbage up to distance of 12 Km from the site etc. complete).
