6mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:4) to RCC surface finished smooth including closed deep chipping and chiselling and slurry treatment including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in C. M. Supplying, fitting and fixing of fabricated M.S. iron door & window in proper position including making holes to walls or RCC structure and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including cost, conveyance, cess & royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2.5cm (1") thick A. S. flooring with C. C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size H. G. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing vertified tiles on floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality etc. complete including cost, conveyance, cess royalities of all materials with labour, T&P, etc., complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of wall Tile in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps of size 600mmx 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint to doors and windows including cost of paint, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing wall surface of wall with acyclic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staing wherever necessary with cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
