M & L for rough cast plaster over and including rendering coat of 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plaster surfaces of walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying premium acrylic smooth exterior paint (100% acrylic) with silicone additives in two or more coats, that offers an anti-algal, excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, dirt pick up resistance (DPUR) property, rich sheen, low VOC, of approved shade over a coat of primer as per the manufacturer’s instructions, applying using brush, keeping the gap/ the interval in subsequent coats, including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The paint shall be as per Apex Ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent of Make mentioned under Appendix "B".

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces of wall treated with any type of putty complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying white cement based polymeric putty conforming to IS 17545: 2021, average thickness 2 mm on new, old plastered surfaces, mixed with water in mechanical mixer, applying in one or more coats not exceeding the recommended thickness and keeping the gap/ the interval in subsequent coats, applying on the moistened wall surface uniformly in an upward direction with the help of a putty blade complete as per the manufacturer’s instructions and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing finish on walls including chajjas, facias etc and preparing and applying white cement based polymeric putty conforming to IS 17545: 2021, average thickness 2 mm on old plastered surfaces completely removed from the existing treatment, mixed with water in mechanical mixer, applying in one or more coats not exceeding the recommended thickness and keeping the gap/ the interval in subsequent coats, applying on the moistened wall surface uniformly in an upward direction with the help of a putty blade complete as per the manufacturer’s instructions and all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over and including cement screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid on and including backing layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed, pointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigments to match the sheds including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658: 2021 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
