Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 15mm thick screeding in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and provide modified polymeric APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film. Min wt of membrane will be 3.50 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitument 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency/applicator which will further have to rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in slabs facias, chhajjas and the like, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Providing, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, cills, lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, copings etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proprotion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces & applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima colour code as approved by GE) over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: cost of boulder shall be paid under respective item of work)

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) of Capacity exc 250 litres but not exc 500 litres each including provision of accessories (i.e GI nipples and Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm (Minimum weight 210 gram) etc), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, two layers, inner and outer white, ISI marked (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted with Threaded Cap and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 500 litres each including all accessories {i.e GI nipples and Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm (Minimum weight 210 gram) etc}, incl dismantling existing water tank, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank , two layers, ISI marked (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted with Threaded Cap and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 1000 litres each including all accessories (i.e GI nipples and Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm (Minimum weight 210 gram) etc), incl dismantling existing water tanks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Gun metal globe of gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 20mm fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with and including all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) including taking up/down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with and including all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) including taking up/down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with and including all fittings including short lengths etc., fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete with all fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, short pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc including taking up/down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of 20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with and including all fittings including short lengths etc., fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete with all fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, short pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc including taking up/down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe SGSW/AC/PVC pipes , jointed in cement mortar of any dia taking out from trenches or fixed to wall upto 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

110 mm bore PVC SWR bends any radius without acess door and fixed solvent etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. (ISI Marked)
