Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete.

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating,assembling and laying in exact position,typing with softsteel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing walls with Printed Design Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing Indian Water Closet (Indian Made and Western) of Standard approved Quality including all Sanitary fixtures, P or S Trap, Flushing Tank and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Supplying & fixing Hand wash Basin (Indian Made and Western) of Standard approved Quality including all other incidental charges etc., complete

Supplying & fixing with Cuddapah slabs 20-30mm thick for Cub boards & Shelfs at required location and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 including all incidental charges etc., complete

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 80mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.
