Disconnecting dosing plant of any model, any capacity alongwith components, dismantling and segregation of all parts, repair/replacement of defective parts, cleaning, washing, re-assembling the parts, connecting in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- a. Spares will be measured and paid under item No 1.01 to 1.12 b. All the repairs required and pertain to dosing plant shall be carried out & the contractor shall ensure to depute his supervisor at the concern installations for repair and smooth functioning of the same. The delay in repair if noticed not carried out on the same day, the recovery shall be made @ Rs 500/- per day from contractor's RAR/bill till completion of the job. c. Repair work of dosing plant is of urgent nature because unchlorinated water cannot be Supplied to the troops. This point shall be kept in mind while quoting the rates, nothing extra on any account shall be admissible.

Repair to centrifugal horizontal booster pump up to 5 stage, 3 to 5.5 HP by dismentling of all parts, repair/replacement of defective/worn out parts, necessary machine work, welding work, replacement of nuts, bolts & washers, gland packing including greasing etc. Fixing new spare parts, re-assembling the pump and fixing in position including testing at site complete all as directed Note:New spare parts shall be measured and paid under item No 3.01 to 3.08 as supply only.

M&L for Repair of solar water heater capacity upto 500 LPD after carefully opening of different tubes, electrical connection and unscrewing of nuts and bolt from foundation, refixing the same after cleaning and serviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipe 25mm bore SDR 7.4 (PN-1.6) UV stablised and antimicorobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water suppy. Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 210 watts made in pressure die cast aluminium housing and reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with IP66 protection complete with all accessories such as LED's and electronic driver, internally prewired including necessary fixing arrangement on pole/wall by providing MS angle iron bracket 40x40x5mm of adequate length as per site requirement with MS flat iron clamp with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and making cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/wall tiles including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagoanl or square heads at one end and screwed the other on screwed both ends each screwed to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut langth of boltn exc 5cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in Sub-base to floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying/spreading of sand as in 50 mm thick cushion to precast concrete interlocking paver block incl watering & consolidating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, including old demolatiom complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct: Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 99405.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
