Supply and Stacking of 45-63 mm guage approved stone ballast from approved quarry for levelling coat in dipretions, leaks, pothols & undulations, duly stacked on road side patries to the required template after screening at site including dressing surface where materials is to be stacked also including cost of materials its cartage and all taxes octroi, royalty, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Supply and Stacking of 22.4-53 mm guage approved stone ballast from approved quarry for top coat in dipretions, leaks, pothols & undulations, duly stacked on road side patries to the required template after screening at site including dressing surface where materials is to be stacked also including cost of materials its cartage and all taxes octroi, royalty, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Supply and Stacking of crushed stone dust from approved quarry for consolidation of stone ballast and below screening material for cosolidation of inter & top coats, duly stacked on road side patries to the required template including dressing surface where materials is to be stacked also including cost of materials its cartage and all taxes octroi, royalty, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Consolidation of 45-63mm guage stone ballast in 10 cm. (loose) thick levelling coat including opening out stacks, sorting ballast in to different size, spreading ballast making medhies to retain water also including hire & fuel charges of road roller, labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T&P with maintenance of barriers etc., required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer incharge. water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost.

Water allowance for consolidation of stone ballast to be allowed on item No.4 & 5 between 15th Nov to 31st May

Bitumin Painting over W.B.M. surface (Ist Coat Painting) including supply of 13.2mm guage stone grit and bitumin (VG-10) including cost of stone grit and bitumin including maintenance of road side patries & watering them during operation for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer in charge & also including road roller charges and its fuel, the wages of fireman and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge, including cost of tack coat (Bitumen shall be used @ 0.60kg/sqm)

Providing and laying of 40mm thick semi-dense buituminous carpet (SDBC) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen ( VG-40) binder @ 4.5 to 5 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired density/ compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects including cost of tack coat (Bitumen shall be used @ 0.20kg/sqm)

Brick edging on both sides of the road with Ist class bricks 8cm wide & 12cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour, & supply of bricks finished to required level & in proper alignment & also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge including supply of all material labour & T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in filling in patries with carted earth, filling to be done in 20cm thick layers including ramming dressing the surface to required level and slope for proper completion of the workand as per direction of engineer in charge the earth is to be arranged by the contractor including cartage of earth 3km. from site including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shose heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material labour T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil lift upto 1.50m & lead upto 30m including filling watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & sides of foundation trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge within the distance of 30m.

Scraping of old damaged plaster & racking out joints of brick work in cement mortar to depth of 1cm deep including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer in charge required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete 10:5:1 with 40mm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

P/L DPC 40mm thick in 1:1.5:3 with cement concrete consisting of one part of cement 1.5 part of coarse sand & three part of approved 10mm grade stone grit and including water proofing material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement cocrete in 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit including supply of all labour, T&P materials etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and course sand mortar in plinth & super structure including supply of all materials, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with two coats of water proof cement paint of approved make& quality over exposed bick work including supply of all materials, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointing with the cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and two part of coarse sand on brick work including racking the brick work including racking the joints washing and cleaning and supply of all materials,labour T&P etc. required for proper compltion of the work.
