Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in lime mortar including quoins arches, pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete article built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, class Designation 100 Kgf/cm2 (Approx) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 00 above but except old size sub class `B bricks as obtained from item no. 1.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 , type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, shelves and the like including demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position at any height (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and directed .complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will pe paid and measured separately.

M&L for repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, slabs, columns ,beams & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including all necessary form work and/or provision of rendering 15 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3), after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/ Sq. m of surface, finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 450 mm wide, in patches including two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer ,including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and building with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down AC rain water pipe any size or pattern incl all fittings heads, shoes, bends. Swan necks, etc including cleaning for refixing or removing to store.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore pipes single socketed, in any lengths with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend of any radius with acess door complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floors and in paving n. exc 15cm thick above ground floors and removing rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the entire roof covering including brick tiles, mud puska , mud plaster and water proofing treatment any number of layers or thickness etc of any description upto RCC roof slab and cleaning the surface including flashings and junction of parapets, etc with wire brushes and water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing soil (mud phuska) from the site to outside MD land and making good the distrubed surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified mixing directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be paid seperately

M&L for Cleaning of assessable and non assessable roof slab/ chajja, munty with sweeping with brooms,scraping with wire brushes and removing all depositions/mud/vegetations ,etc and repair the excavated root portions with cement mortar / concrete as required and removing any water proofing membrane outside MD land and making good the distrubed surfaces with CM 1:2:4all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq.m, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of tree branches / tree roots from wall and felling of tree girth n. exc 30 cm, repairing dismantled portion of wall with cement mortar / concrete & making good with existing surfaces and removing the tree/ branches to outside MD land and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete/brick surfaces finished even and fair complete all as directed (WPC measured and paid separately) including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified polymer reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.60kg/sqm including appliying bitumenous primer @ 0.30 litre per sqm over cleaned and dry roof surface and parapet, The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end overlap and shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant & The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly laid APP membrane surface on roof and apply one coat of aluminium paint complete alll as specified and directed (Only non asseceable roof)

M&L for 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm cool roof temp sheild tiles with solar reflectance index as in tarraces , roofs, pavementt in horizontal and vertical surfaces white in colour set and jointed in neat cement slarry 3kg per sqm and pointed in whiite or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces with out extra cemet of brick work or concrete surfaces, including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. .

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces even and smooth without using extra cement of brick work or concrete surfaces, including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces even and smooth without using extra cement of brick work or concrete surfaces,on ceiling including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone work etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing new untreated steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerb, rounded copping or chamfered on edges and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI Tubing 15 mm dia ,medium grade galvanised ,with all fittings and fixed including gate valve and tank connector complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors incl taking down 15 mm dia GI steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 15 mm dia GI steel tubing and Re-fixing of 15 mm bore old steel tubing after cleaning the new or old position fixed in wall or floor, ceiling including gate valve and tank connector etc as directed.

Taking down 20 mm dia GI steel tubing and connection ,including cleaning for Re-fixing of 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connection in new or old position fixed I wall or floor, ceiling including gate valve and tank connector etc as directed. removal ,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for GI Tubing 20 mm dia ,medium grade galvanised ,with all fittings and fixing including gate valve and tank connector complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors incl taking down 20 mm dia GI steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Endura digital tiles good grip series 300mmx300mmx10mm thick laid in floors etc set in near cement slurry and pointed to coloured cement ,including 15mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder and finally disinfected with bleaching powder etc. and hoisting, if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning and due date for cleaning of tank, capacity of tanks exc. 250 liters and not exc. 500 liters complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 36 above but capacity of tanks exc. 500 liters and not exc. 1000 liters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 15mm bore minimum weight 210 gms complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of lime/cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including chaina mozaic, WC etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providig protection layer applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (cement :coarse sand) admixing Dr Fixit pidiproof LW @ 200 ml per 50 kg cement bag all as specified & directed directed. Make : Pidilite,Sikka,Fosroc or equivalent.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound coating of make as approved by GE. First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound s @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg / sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment.

M&L cement concrete 1:7:12 using 40mm graded brick aggregate in sunken floor all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete as in screed bed in cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished fair and even (toilet & bathroom sunken portion) or any where as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete as in screed bed in cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished fair and even (toilet & bathroom sunken portion) or any where as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32mm dia GI spout pipe 600 mm long in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar but not backing and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) , complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for coloured ceramic glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade/colour of tiles,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs 75 mm PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed, in any lengths with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall or trenches with PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including plastic water closet sheet cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom, with mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and including mild steel chromium plated jet fixed to water closet with 360mm wide x 390mm high and 415 to 445mm long flexible pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs PVC white low level flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity with all fittings syphonic action with top push type button with inlet ball valve and float including flush pipe, ball valve, handle, bracket PVC short bend etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs squatting pan WC Orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern) with P or S trap including provision of lime concrete bedding including breaking up existing damaged WC seat and connecting flush pipe etc making good to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stack clamps out of 50x3mm flat iron with 75mm long 02 nos nut and bolts to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC tank /brick tanks with foundation capacity exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs including rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
