Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically directed by Engr in Charge

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on bricks or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of bricks work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipe 300mm dia set in cement concrete and taking out of trenches if required.

Excavating in trenches, in soft/disintegrated rock not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavating over area in soft/disintegrated rock not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavating in trenches, in soft/disintegrated rock not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth but not exc 3m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for wall laterite of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints , as specified, of squared rubble walling, regular coursed, secundrabad and Banglore types hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface, not exc 20mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or stone masonry or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping/benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating , as directed including necessary formwork, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L providing precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L mlid steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends an binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia oe securing with clips quality conforming to

M & L for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with coller complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with coller complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for 600 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with coller complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make for Item No. 16 to 18- (a) Thuluvananikal Pipes (b) Everest (c) Himalaya (d) Indian Hume Pipes

Returing , filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing excavated material ecx 1.50 km but not exc 5km and depositing where directed by Eng in charge.
