   Railway reserves the right to procure the material from proven sources having credential of supplying same/similar items (similar means any type of Rubber Product) to this railway/other zonal railways/Pus/other Govt. Organizations in last 03 years from the date of tender opening. Firm to submit I/C, RO or PO copy along with their offer for proof.

   Annexure-B attached along with the tender document pertaining to Code of Integrity, Obligations for proactive disclosures, Misdemeanour and Penalties for misdemeanours shall be applicable.
