Total contract amount received during the last three financial years (i.e. current year and three previous financial years) should be a minimum of 150 % of advertised tender value. Tenderer(s) shall submit documents to this effect, in the form of attested certificates from employer/client, audited balance sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant.

Documents to be Submitted along with Tender by the tenderer towards constitution of their firm as per GCC Works 2022. The tenderer shall clearly specify whether the tender is submitted on his own (Proprietary Firm) or on behalf of a Partnership Firm / Company / Joint Venture (JV) / Registered Society / Registered Trust / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. The tenderer(s) shall enclose the attested copies of the constitution of their concern, and copy of PAN Card along with their tender. Tender Documents in such cases are to be signed by such persons as may be legally competent to sign them on behalf of the firm, company, association, trust or society, as the case may be.

Tenderer should refer checklist/reuirement of tender before submitting the tender to ensure that all procedures have been followed and relevant documents have been uploaded as per GCC Works 2022 and tender document. Non-compliance/Non- submission of mandatory documents, credentials towards eligibilty fulfilment etc. same will lead to rejection of offer. IMPORTANT NOTE: To fulfilling the eligibility criterion Tenderers should submit documentary proof along with their offer only. Documents submitted after opening of tender will not be considered. There will be no back reference to confirm the credential except the third-party document verification of already submitted documents. No bidder will be allowed to submit fresh/new credentials that make him eligible after tender opening.
