Excavation in foundation, trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil,such as pick work,jumper work.blasting work in hard rock and soft rock and in saturated soil etc. i/c all leads and lifts , stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear form the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 4: 8 ( 1 cement 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the .Engineer-in-Chaarge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth & string courses etc. From top of foundation level up to all floor levels in all leads and lifts the entrire satifaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3: 6 ( 1 cement : 3sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth/R/wall Brest walls complete in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the .Engineer-in-Chaarge.

1st. Class Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement 1:4(1cement:4sand) 2nd Class Brick in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the .Engineer-in-Chaarge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 Sand:4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Top of wall with floating of neat cement (40mmThick) in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the .Engineer-in-Chaarge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement: : 3 sand ) in all leads and lifts as as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.Cut or weather struck/ Ruled pointing.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & maunfacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powedered material etc. in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bars,ladders railing, brackets and similar work including all leads and lifts complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with enamel with enamel paint other than white complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
