Water Bound Mecadam 4.7 Providing, laying, spreading and Compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Water Bound Mecadam 4.7 Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80- 100 kN static roller in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (2) Grading-III (A) By manual Means

6.70 Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.

Traffic Signs 10.2 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixing over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801 (i) 60 cm equlateral triangle

16.60 Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.

16.43 Providing reflective pavement marker with a provision of spike at the bottom with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRTH & H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance,

Direction and place identification sign more than 0.9sqm size board. 10.4 Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-Reflectrorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand)

3.12 Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per Technical Specification Clause 309.

16.28 Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed. (b) 15 cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 4nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/ MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
