Demoliation of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over cement screed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ Thickness of concrete slab in 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over 50mm thick sand coushioning/bed layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand coushioning/bed layer will be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of hi wall, split-type Air Conditioner Unit of capacity 2 TR based on Inverter Technology comprising of indoor & outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit & with in-built air ionizer & plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 4 star rated including electric connections complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) The Air Conditioner shall be initial filled / charged with refrigerant of specified quantity & the refrigerant to be used shall of Non-CFC type & as per the latest technology. (ii) The cost of additional refrigerant pipes required (if any) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Suitable piping of adequate length & size 5/8" for drainage of condensate water from indoor unit shall be provided & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the AC is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

S&F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase with neutral, air cooled indoor type and designed for input voltage variation between 130 Volts to 300 Volts with voltage stablizer at 230 Volts with accuracy + 2.5% and Capacity of 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size of 2 x 6.0 sq. mm + 1 x 6.0 sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLSH, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and PVC casing capping medium grade with accessories (ISI marked) of suitable size with all fittings and accessories ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Two runs of PVC wire, one run of earth wire & one run of PVC Conduit will be measured as one length.

S&F, sheet metal encloser Plug and socket for suitable for 20 Amps SPN with and including 20 Amps MCB and flush to wall surface complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F 25 Amps Single Phase motor starter, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.
