M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm including disposal of unseviceable materials complete as specified and as directed

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 and putting in bituminous premixed carpet 2cm consolidated thickness with 0.27cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.6Kg of paving bitumen well rammed (including supply of premix and binder) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, grass, vegetation / scum etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface through air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver.

M&L applying evenly a priming / tack coat with catonic bitumen (RS-I) @ 2.5Kg/10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified. Note :- Tack coat shall be applied/spreading with mechanical tar boiler/sprayer.

M&L Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG 30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power static road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver.

S & F of Road Stud of Make Dhruv Dark Eye Model No DA 971 P or equivalent as approved by the GE, made with Aluminum Stud Two way reflective Dimension: 110 x 128 x 29.5mm, Aluminum Alloy body Reflective panel - Amber, Red or White complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straighting portion, curve etc in any situation. The therrmoplastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector rizing beads in equal percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paints within temperature limits as specified by the manufacturer making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc conforming to specification.

Dismantling of solar road stud & cat Eye carefully without breaking the same and stacking properly complete and refixing the same alongwith epoxy mortar (resin & hardener as per manufacturer instructions) complete as specified and as directed

Dismantling of old machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thickness carefully without breaking the same and stacking properly complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of old machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment , interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified and directed.
