E/M Works Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder,ceiling roses, regulators, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/outlet boxes, fittings and fixture such as main switches & DBs of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for point wiring with 2 single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm in and including suitable size PVC casing & caping with PVC Box of suitable size for light/fan/socket controlled by one switch complet with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistandard copper conductor 1100 volts grade green colour for earth continuity all a specified and directed.

All as per item No 37 here-in-before but for one 5 Amp socket outlet independent board complete all as specified and directed.
