Taking out/removal of the cracked, dead and decayed lime concrete very carefully without damaging the adjoining strucutre & disposal of malba by head load upto 100mts etc complete.
Taking out /removal of dead lime brick bat coba of burnt brick / brick kharanja very carefully without damaging the adjacent structure by chiseling & disposal of malba with lead upto 100 mts & lowering down upto 4 mtr. etc complete.
Carefully taking out/removal of stone rubble masonry in lime mortar manually without damaging the adjoining structure including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 100 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Carefully taking out/removal of cracked/out of plumb/dislocated rathika (supporting horizontal stone/base of kakshasana decorated in diamond shaped design and human sitted shrines), vedika (supporting vertical/base stone members of kakchasana), asana patti, kakchasana, upper bracket, lower bracket, capital, pillar & other broken stones members very carefully by appropriate techniques i.e using Derrik pole with chain pully and jack to support the structure with well experienced workers using helmet, safety belt, shoes and jacket all the time for very carefully taking out stone members, protection to adjoining structures by props and shoring including stacking them properly over wooden planks, numbering them etc very carefully to avoid any mishappening and without causing any damage to the stone members/beam/ structure etc complete complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
Carefully mending the cracked/damaged heavy stone blocks by appropriate techniques using stainless steel pins/ dowels/ clamps with epoxy solution mixed with stone dust of same stone including drilling holes, cutting channel, cutting new stone as per the damaged portion of original stone, finishing etc complete.

Providing and laying 50 -60 mm thick matching with origional using new stone in place of cracked /decayed stone flooring as per original pattern complete over a layer of 20-25 mm thick lime mortar(1:lime :1surkhi: 1c.sand with less than 8% clay content) matching with original etc complete as per instructions given by engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying lime concrete with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge stone/brick aggregate including ramming, compacting and curing etc complete with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
R.R. stone masonry on top of structure etc (with 100% available stone through sorting out from taken out R.R. Masonry) with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand (with less than 8% clay)) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including curing etc complete with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time with lead approx 100mtr and lift approx 5mtr as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
Plastering the walls and wherever required in 30mm avg. thick lime surkhi plaster (1 lime :1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand) as per old traditional practice in three coat of base course and subsequent course and low temping beating till the shrinkage cracks disappear then the work is done as per the required work of restoration with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time with lead 100 mtr and lift 5mtr etc complete.
Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane with a thickness of 3mm
Providing & applying the 3mm to 6mm thick lime punning with special mortar mix with 1 of Lime and Marble Dust mixed with white gum, batasa, coconut oil jute, urad dal, seashells similar to original including preparing the surface for new lime punning complete in all respect with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time with lead upto 100mtr as per directions given by engineer-in charge.
Recess pointing on Gaps of Stones and R.R. Stone Masonry of the structure with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime : 1c.sand : 1brick surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material after raking out the joints and clearing them of old mortar etc complete with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring by mechanical transportation upto lead of 5 km from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)
Erection of metallic/tubular scaffolding (cup & lock type M.S. tubes, M.S. Base plates, M.S. Ledgers, M.S. Clamps) consisting of two rows of vertical secured or linked together with horizontal and diagonal bracing and connecting to the structure at convenient point for better stability surrounding the structure and propping of critical areas to provide effective supports before commencement of taking out/ dismantling operations with essential safety features (safety belt and helmet etc) for the workers etc complete.
