Taking out the electric geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs carefully from its installed position by disconnecting inlet and outlet water pipes, dismantling the unit and replacing the defectiv parts and painting with one coat of synthetic enanel paint and writing MES No and safely keeping a side & refixing in its original position after completion of civil works and reconnecting the inlet/outlet water pipes and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant items of this BOQ.

Supply only following items suitable for electric geyser of capacity 25 liters:-

Heating element 1.5/2 KW ISI marked including rubber Gasket as per existing type complete all as specified and as directed.

Thermostat suitable for 25 Liter Geyser as per the existing type complete all as specified and as directed.

Hot water/cold water pipe 600mm long as per existing type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F exhaust fan 150mm sweep made of sturdy Engineer Plastic, complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50Hz RPM 1200 copper binding including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F exhaust fan 300mm sweep heavy duty metalic body AC 230 volt single phase including louvers and fixing accessories complete with connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully service connection of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m in depth and n exc 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable etc. in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty LT 1100 volts grade cable with aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/duct/ fixing on wall walls/poles or passing through HDPE double wall corrugated pipe (outer dia should not be less than 40mm) including connecting with suitable lugs, glands nuts and bolts in existing panel from pole/Main panel box an testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall be inclusive of cost of HDPE pipe.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.0 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
