CHARPOY G I PIPE NYLON NEWAR Drawing No FD-220 or similar

Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe, tightening of all loose components (i.e. complete charpoy), S&F ply wood of size 1980x900x12mm thick BWR Grade ISI marked of approved make. Plywood should be fixed with suitable numbers of mild steel galvanised iron nuts & bolts alongh with washer. 02 No. MS flat iron of size 40x6mm shall be fixed over long rails with nut and bolt complete duly painted with two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old damaged & worn out following parts of charpoy GI pipe and replace the same with new part without damaging other parts all as per drg or as directed by Eng-in-charge

LONG RAIL: Made of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked of approved make including both side threading complete all as specified and directed

SHORT RAIL: Cutting the unserviceable portion from existing unserviceable long rail obtained from Sl item 1.03 here-in-before and converting into short rail including threading both side and fixing the same in the existing charpoy frame complete all as directed.

(c) LEGS: Cutting the unserviceable portion from existing unserviceable short rail obtained from Sl item 1.04 here-in-before and converting into legs including threading one side for screwing and other side/bottom of leg should be covered with 4mm thick round MS plate complete all as directed.

S&Fixed in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way medium grade of approved make suitable for fixing the long rail/short rail/legs rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of GI check nut 32mm,6mm dia siutable for fixing long rail and short rail complete all as specified and directed.

BED PLY TOP WITH MNF SET/BED HARD (STEEL) drawing No FD-246, FD/E6/MAP/08(R) or similar

S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, approved quality in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the bed frame with suitable screws/nut bolt including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in reapirs to 4mm thick one side teak finished plywood of size 780 x 340mm including 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of head board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in reapirs to 4mm thick one side teak finished plywood of size 780 x 180mm including 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of foot board including removal of damaged ply all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs to flat iron of mild steel of size 35mm x 5mm, bents to right angle on each corners of Bed Hard all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing worn out paint including preparation of surface complete of the bed hard steel and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR DINING/CHAIR DINING CUSHIONED drawing No FD-228/FD-279/FD/MAP-II/05 or similar

Recaning of repaired chair dining with best quality of approved plastic cane 2mm wide, 0.4mm thick and border with 3x0.60 mm cane of white or cream ivory all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable/damaged existing cushioned Seat from chair providing new seat made of 75mm thick 40 density foam cushion over 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade duly covered with best quality tapestry complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Sample of tapestry shall be approved by GE.

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffeners and providing new Teak wood 2nd class hard wood stiffeners of size 25x20 mm complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable/broken PVC Shoes, M & L for fixing of PVC shoes superior quality of 20mm dia with suitable screw at the bottom of the leg.

Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of chair verandah with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approve make including removing old unserviceable cane/plastic newar from seat & back and recaning the seat & back of complete chair including handles etc with approved 4mm white plastic cane as per Matt Pattern all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs locking device including replacement of brass 6 lever locks iron body with duplicate keys chromium plated to Almirah, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs handle Chromium plated of size 150 mm grip length with both sides screwed to Almirah steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
