REPAIR OF AUDITORIUM STAGE AT MnR COMPLEX NALCO, DAMANJODI

Supplying and fixing of Mikasa Pristine, Plank thickness 14mm, Top layer 2.5mm Veneer/Hardwood, Middle Layer 10mm Pine wood having density 650 kg/m3, bottom layer 1.5mm balancing verneer, plank size of 1800mm x 135mm, natural/stained/ smooked, satin lacquered/matt lacquered/ brushed, square edge/ micro-bevelled edge , planklok joint, glueless installation, prefinished surface with 7 times UV hardened acrylic lacquered, free from formaldehyde emission as strictly following EU E1 norms, resanding and refinishing 2 times after 10 years interval, moisture content 7-9%, free of insects, woodworms as secured by process temperature s,fire class G, highest fire classification as per Swedish building code BBR 94, on top of 2mm moisture barrier and a substrate of smoothly finishing cement and sand plastered surface with cement slurry coating including all taxes exept GST, wastage, transportion , labour charges etc, all complete as per direction of Enginner-in-charge.

11.41.4) Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make like johnson, nitco sumany, RAK etc in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

13.11) Laying of 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

13.47.1) Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied

14.72) Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

15.39.2) Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls, floors and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

15.56) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

15.6) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumpingground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved
