Providing & Erection of German Marquee as per the site requirement with items and quantities mentioned under (For the main Lunch area at Plaksha University Dated 13-15 March 2026) :

Providing and fixing of 30m x 60m, clear span German Marquee (Aluminum Hanger) as per the manufacturer`s specifications with fire retardant and weather proof white top and side covers capable to withstand wind load up to 100 KM.ph.

Overhead Flex Branding of the event as per the approved design in flex with frame including cost of printing..

Providing & fixing of flooring inside the structures with 19mm wooden block board

Providing &fixing of Brand New non-woven carpet

Kitchen area tentage, including separate wet area, shall be provided as per site requirements. Normal tentage of decent colour, duly coordinated with the Summit theme, shall be erected along with all necessary arrangements for storage of food items, utensils, counters, and allied facilities, complete in all respects

Providing of internal electrification inside Marquee structure inclusive of all necessary wires, electrical socket, switches plugs etc.

LED Lights- 100 Watt

Providing and fixing of air conditioning system inside the marquee structures with complete ducting system alongwith adequate no. of fans.

Providing and fixing of Emergency Exits with Double Door and ply walls painted in White Colour (6`x`3-6”` each X 2 Nos.)
