Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Brick work in cement mortar 1:3 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc. as per std. specification - 1m3

Supplying and erecting centering for vertical plain/ RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc upto 90Cm height with necessary supports,all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x25 mm x3mm for bearing laid silver Oak/ Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C/C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C/C etc,, complete complaying with standered specfications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

A) For Foundataion

For Superstructure in Ground floor

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Flooring with Cuddapah slabs of 40mm thick over a base mortar in CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand (P - Sand)) 20 mm thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three Plastering sand) usimg Black oxide complying with standard specification (P & D data 53)

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Paving the floor with pre-polished Concrete Anti-Skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg/sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Painting two coats for Interior surface with approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.-10 cum

Paving the top of roof with Solar Reflective ceramic tiles (Required Design) of 305x305x7mm thick of approved quality and collour laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three m sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile) Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and run of 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains (SD 69).

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD 67).

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A FT switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD-24).

Supply and fixing of 5A / 15A 3 pin combined flush type wall socket with 15A flush type switch on suitable TW box. Plug point( SD 136 )

Wiring with 2 x 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor cable of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC assosaries,in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm tk hylem sheet for 15 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continious earth wire conection of 14 SWG TC wire, and making good of the concealed portion,with suitable colour for concealed Power Plug Point ( S.D.NO:39 )

Supply and fixing of single box type 4"40W flu fittiing complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with PVC unshealthed copper leads from terminals to the fitting. (S.D.88)

Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWN FALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes, Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc., complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [4 Kg/SqCm](D)

Supply and fixing of horizontal type 4way triplepole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure doubledoor (metal) with 40A 4pole MCB isolateras incoming and 12Nos.6A to 32ASPMCB as out going in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection.The MCB DB and MCB' s should be with the ISI mark (like standard make) (SD 157)

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with sand cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, sand cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.
