PERIODICAL SERVICES AND REPAIRS TO CHAJJA FACIA AND MISC B/R WORKS IN ZONE A AT JALIPA MIL STN UNDER GE (A) BARMER

M&L for Cutting and removal of existing RCC drop/chajja/projection of any thickness at all heights, including cutting with mechanical means, careful dismantling without damaging adjacent structure, disposal of unserviceable material outside the defence land and Making good the surface after removal by dressing the exposed reinforcement, applying anti-corrosive coating on steel,epoxy bonding agent on old concrete surface and restoring the surface with polymer modified mortar( Make:-Fosroc/sika/Dr. fixit) of 25 to 30 mm thick, including finishing smooth to match the existing surface and scaffolding for height complete all as specifies and directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Ready mix plaster 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down old plaster complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm Ready mix plaster for dubbing coat for the additional thickness( of ant thickness) is provided as floating/setting coat for stone masonary wall plaster including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling ovecomplete all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on walls complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a one coat of putty over a one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projection/cantilivers/balcony etc including cornices and applying two coat of cement base paint @ 5sq.m/kg/1 coat over a one coat of of external primer by using following brands of cement base paint complete all as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge. Make of cement paint:- Snowcem Plus (Snowcem paints)

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including removing unnecessary nails including filling of cracka/holes by crack filler and applying two coats of 100 % premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint of first quality of required shade,Make Apex Ultima of Asian Paint or long life of berger or Excel Everlast 12 of Nerolac, over a coat of primer on wall as well as OVER HEAD WATER TANKS OF ANY CAPACITY OF ANY HEIGHT AND ANY DIA as directed by engr in charge having VOC less then 50gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resisitance, dirt resisitance exterior paint of required shade ( Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.00 litre/ 10 sqm, including necessary scaffolding for any height complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- 1) Scraping /complete removal will be carried out by mechanical means/grinder including necessary scaffolding. 2) Primer will be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.
