M&L for mild steel angle frame of equal angle, mild steel rod, mild steel Sheets, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size for Bends/Tee /Collars/Blank flange etc of existing size and specification and cut to requied size including welding of tank,valve pit covers as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of valve pit of inner size 100x100x100 cm in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation/returning filling/removal in any type of soil, plastering of pit in CM 1:3 and providing and fixing cover of MS sheet of 3.15mm thick fitted in angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx6mm with 75mm butt hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting Electrical comnnection /dismantling from mounting stand and strip opening of worn out/defective Centrifugal electric pump of capacity 75 HP mono block type, for servicing of pump and motor taking out unserviceable bush, sleeve & sleeve joint etc repair to Impeller & shaft with proper brass brazing welding & lath work, assembling, testing, installation and connections at original location , with all electrical connection and fixed to mounting frame complete all as per specified and directed with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting electrical comnnection /dismantling from mounting stand and strip opening of worn out/defective Centrifugal electric pump of capacity 10 HP mono block type, for servicing of pump and motor taking out unserviceable bush, sleeve & sleeve joint etc repair to Impeller & shaft with proper brass brazing welding & lath work, assembling, testing, installation and connections at original location , with all electrical connection and fixed to mounting frame complete all as per specified and directed with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for black colour rubber mat made of EPDM rubber(ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) suitable for sub station of size 1200mm X 900mm X 15.5mm for protection to shock complete all as specified and directed with by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n,exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspit, manholes, pier holes,etc n,exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out as in Soft/loose Soil,complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in Layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m in soil and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point , including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth platge electroe 60cmx60cm6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal round level) with edge of the plae not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and GI washers earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top of earth plate as shown in electrical piate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion including PCC 1:3:6 type C2 for earthing pit, GI light grade protection pipe of size 15mm dia, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, CI cover and frame necessary earth works and PCC work etc complete all as specified. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal of coke and common salt 15cm thick alround the earth plate including bottom and top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5mtr away from the earth electrod and pipe for watering shall be slanting manner.

Ditto as per item No 28.00 here in before but using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip complete all as spd and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for core cutting in existing fire fighting sump of capacity 50000 gallon to insert 150mm dia MS pipe (heavy grade ) including fixing of MS Pipe 150mm dia (heavy grade) to make over flow waste water management and making good with original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge . Note :- Required pipe length MS pipe 150 mm dia (heavy grade) is measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for fabrication of fire hydrant Landing valve cover made out of 2mm thick MS Sheet of size 45x45x30cm with one no suitable handle including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying DI pipe K-9 socketed type of 150 mm dia with suitable rubber tyton joint complete laid in trenches including all fitting such as tees , bends , elbow socket ,complete all as specified and directed with by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying DI pipe K-9 socketed type of 100 mm dia with suitable rubber tyton joint complete laid in trenches including all fitting such as tees , bends , elbow socket ,complete all as specified and directed with by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying DI pipe K-9 socketed type of 80 mm dia with suitable rubber tyton joint complete laid in trenches including all fitting such as tees , bends , elbow socket ,complete all as specified and directed with by Engineer-in-Charge.
