Survey Work ,Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing: 1.Conducting route survey of the Hojai Town as per drawings/ maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge, showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & existing Intake/ Deep tubewell, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 3 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer, .shp file layers, in projection (Latitude & Longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Survey Work also Includes Household survey for finalizing house survey connections- 2.Re-designing of all components of water supply scheme including hydraulic modelling of water supply main lines, distribution system, structural design of components such as already constructed head works, half done works, underground reserviour, pump house, storage tanks, electro-mechnical equipments, Intake station and any other components required for completion of water supply system if required. Re-designing shall be submited throught the engineer incharge and after approval shall be executed for the entire water supply scheme satisfying the Employer's Requirements
Installtion of Deep Tube Well :Installation, development, testing and commissioning of deep Tubewell of with Supply of Blue casing 200mm and 150mm UPVC pipe and 200mm strainer ( the thickness of the pipe and strainer conforming to IS 12818:1992 ) including 200mm x 160mm PVC reducer, 200mm dia PVC cone , shoe (bail plug) etc. and jointing them together by to make them into the Deep Tube Well assembly and lowering the said assembly in to the bore hole in position, developing of DTW with air compressor , providing bentonite clay packing (including the cost of bentonite clay) with all accessories including cost of P.O.L. including supplying all materials, including Transportation of drilling rig and equipment, erection at site, setting the work and dismantaling after completion of the work including temporary accommodation for the drilling personel as directed and specified,Pilot boring with 80 mm dia size. Supplying and packing pea gravel around the periphery of casing . Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor all complete as per Technical Specifications as per Employer's Requirements.
Submersible Pump:Designing, Providing, testing and commissioning of 3nos of [1 no stanby] submersible pump set of as per11.458 lps discharge and 35.00 m head conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design,control panel, submersible copper conductor cable in single /double run upto Panel and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. Road Restoration Works
1. Sub Base & Base for restoration of existing asphalt/gravel road: Providing, and constructing granular sub-base with close graded grading-I material for 150 mm compacted thickness and wet mix mecadam with graded stone aggregate for 250 mm thickness including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixing plant, carting to work side, spreading and compacting etc complete for all leads and lifts as per drawing and specification. 2. Bituminous surface for restoration of existing asphalt road: Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. 3. Dismantling & Restoration of paver block roads: Dismantling and Restoration of paverblock roads and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviseable materials separately.
