Repairs to various machine along with allied works in laundry section at Govt. Lalla Ded Hospital Srinagar

Repairs of the hydro extractor (HX 30) assembly by way of dismantling the motor unit from the spinner of the machine with help of chain pulley block. The job includes dismantling the spring balancer and damaged rubber buffer.

Complete rewinding/repairs to the foot mounted motor of capacity 5H.P/3.7 kw, 3 phase 50 hz, 6 pole 960 rmp pertaining to hydroextractor by way of replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch . The job includes p/f of lathoroid sheets,bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such job . the job also includes disconnecting of the motor from the foundation and shifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs which includes p/f of ball bearing as per sample, repairing of bearing seat and shifting it back to the site and installing the same, the job further includes restraightning of stator slots etc, the job also includes checking the performanceof the same on full load and idle load(the firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring.). the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Providing and fitting of rubber buffer/vibration pad as per sample by way of replaced damaged and worn out rubber pad with new one

Providing and applying of EP3 Grease to the nut bolts and other joint of different machines in laundary section.

Repairs to idler shaft(SS) pertaining to drying tumbler(DS 60) by way of dismantling the un balanced shaft from the housing and refitting of repaired one, the job includes transportating it from site(laundary) to the workshop. The job includes dismanlting of ball bearing from the shaft by mechanical means, refabrication of ball bearing seat on which new ball bearing can be seated, the job includes putting up the shaft on lathe machine checking it's alignment with dial gauge and then realigning it by way of material depostion, heating, grinding, turning etc so to get shaft balanced and fit for working. the job further includes providing and fitting of new ball bearing on balanced shaft as per sample. the job also includes providing of skilled tools, tackles and consumables which are required.
