M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in floor / treads of steps laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting and polishing by machine including rounding the edges and mirror polishing to give high gloss finish complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in risers to steps, skiting/dado, pillars, window cills and like, laid over and including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting and polishing by machine including rounding the edges and mirror polishing to give high gloss finish complete all as specified.

Mirror polishing on marble/granite/kota stone/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for makrana white marble 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in step, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble including half round moulding over 15mm thick screen bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glossy finished heavy duty chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM(1:4) in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer including 1mm wall care putty after filling the cracks with filler complete all as specified and as directed.
