Cutting of Behaya Sarpat Gondi and Elephant Grass. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil (both side) for both pataries,with ramming and dressing the surface, including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead including all labour T&P etc complete. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class brick M-150, 8cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work including labour, materials and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size (22.4 mm to 53 mm) with screening material to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness, to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using Bitumen emulsion pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on the prepared dry and hungary Bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base with paver finisher including mixing in a Hot Mix Plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and laying of seal coat by mechanical means with VG- 10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and laying road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compoud 2.50 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 -2015 the finished surface to be clean, level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction of Engineer in-charge
