M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of concrete or brick surface finished even and smoot without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The work shall be carried out on buildings upto 12.00m height. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding, lifting arrangement and safety devices as required.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cement putty of 1 mm thicness over plastered surface even and smooth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removing the existing APP membrane roof treatment of any description including screed bed /plastering of any thickness and removing the debris outside MD land etc. and carrying out the following roof treatment complete all as specified and as per Manufacture's instruction:- (a) Cleaning the existing roof surface and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm area al as specified (b) Preparation of surfaces for applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm (c) Cutting out cracks to V- section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified. (d) Applying two coats of tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat as a bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane (e) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick and minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as per Manufacturer instruction (f) Applying two coats of bitumen based aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm for each coat over APP membrain including preparation of surface complete all as specified. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be executed by a qualified team provided by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator.

M&L for complete repairs to sunken floor by providing water proofing treatment complete to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications and as directed :- (a) Demolition of old sunken surfaces complete and cleaniong of all loose particles and apply cement slurry @3.00 kg / sqm on old surfaces by brushing. (b) Provide PCC 1: 1.5:3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or Make/Brand as specified in Particular Specification., finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (c) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (d) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. On complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolition of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (e) After laying of all sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, apply two coats of polymeric based chemical as per manufactures instructions over bottom and sudes of sunken portion upto 600 mm height. (f) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with plyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. (g) Fill the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using brick aggregate. (h) Fixing of 50 mm dia CPVC pipe projecting 450 mm clear of face outer wall shall be provided to drain out seepage water if any.(i) Testing of sunken as per specification mentioned in SSR part-I/PS. NOTE : Top Floor Area shall be measured for payment.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters from the frames ) not exc 1.5 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out holdfasts or dismantling brick work(holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish(without any extra cost to Govt), & removing from site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item No 35.00 above but exc 1.5 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each.

S&F frame work for ceiling with specification as under mentioned:-(i) GI section frame work (Powder coated) suitable for ceilign board consisting of perimeter wall angle 19mmX19mmX0.45mm, cross 'Tee' 28.6mm (web)X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick powdered coated main tee 38mm (Web) X24mm flange 0.33mm thick. wall angle shall be screwed/ fixed to brick wall / partition wall / concrete / RCC with the help of nylon sleeves and screws @ 610 mm C/C , then suspending GI main 'Tee' in both directions by means of hangers/suspenders including 4 GI wires with alignment @ 1220mm C/C to soffits. To from grid of 610X610mm cross Tee shall be provided @ 610mm C/C in both directions and all suitable provisions shall be made for fixing the recessed/surface mounting light fittings if any, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm thick of size 605X605 mm ,white pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced Designer board for false ceiling Conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336:1993 fixed/laid/ inserted to GI framework at ceiling with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing unserviceable materials outside MOD area and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450x7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting,dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Vitrified tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Vitrified tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as on vertical surfaces etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade over and including 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, platform, stairs etc. complete including removal of demolition material to store or from site 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Granite 18mm thick (Pure black)(tabled rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in colour cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screedbed in cm1:4 edges of slab to be rounded from all sides (including cutting, wastage and polishing) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incluiding rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick over and including 10 mm thick as in vetical surface over rendering in CM 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incluiding rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, bed block etc. and in similar works including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair all as spd . 6mm Joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cement concrete type E2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded stone aggrregate) in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for chequered coloured cement concrete tiles 40cm x 40cm x 25 to 30mm thick glossy finish, set, jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles finish complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block in glossy finish with grey/coloured cement and pigment , any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade laying over and including 50 mm thick stone dust/sand cushion complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs 75 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs PVC SWR bends of bore 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC SWR bends of bore 75 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement of 75 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in back fill of pressed steel door frames complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repairs veniation blinds semi transparent of suitable size including roller, Lift cord, brackets, top and bottom rod fixing with scerwes/fastner etc as per manufacturer instruction and coulor, shade, pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
