Labour charges for dismantling and re-installation of pump set after repairing the same in work shop including carriage of pump set to workshop and back at site for electric dewatering submersible pump set up to 5 HP capacity complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing / servicing/rewinding and overhauling of drainage de-watering submersible pump set 2 HP 2800 RPM, 415 Volt, 3 Phase AC supply of make Grundfoss/Mody / SU / KSB make with 50 mm outlet complete including credit for dismantled copper including cutting and welding of pump body with argon welding etc complete .( The cost of defective parts i.e. mechanical seal, O-ring set , ball bearing shall be paid seperately )

Providing and fixing of ball bearing set (main and end bearing) suitable for 2 HP make of Mody/ KSB sewage/ drainage dewatering submersible pumpset etc. as required and as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Mechanical seal suitable for 2 HP 2800 RPM drainage dewatering submersible pumpset 3 phase 415 volt AC supply make of Grund foss make /Mody/ KSB sewage/ drainage dewatering submersible pumpset etc. as required and as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of O ring set suitable for 2 HP 2800 RPM drainage dewatering submersible pumpset 3 phase 415 volt AC supply make of Grund foss make /Mody/ KSB sewage/ drainage dewatering submersible pumpset etc. as required and as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lifting and taking out of up to 15 HP sewage / drainage water submersible pump from the sump of service tunnel etc. with the help of chainpully and tripot disconnection of electric connection delivery pipe line etc. as required as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for dismantling and reassembling of pump set after repairing the same in work shop including carriage of pump set to workshop and back at site for mono block submersible pump set of capacity up to 15 HP capacity complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation / Reassembling and lowering of sewage / draiange dewatering submersible pump set of up to 15 HP capacity make of KSB in the sump / tubewell with help of chainpully and tripot including connection of delivery pipe line, electric cable if required,connection in control pannel with fixing of control pannel, testing etc.complte as per the direction & satisfcation of Engineer-in-charge.

Rewinding of sewage/ drainage electric submersible motor starter of 10 HP or higher capacity 3 phase, discharge @ 30 LPS at 12 mtr. or higher head 3 phase 420 volts AC supply 50 HZ of Mody/ KSB make with suitable size of copper wire allied rewinding material including dismantling & reassembling etc. as required..( The cost of defective parts i.e. mechanical seal, O-ring set , ball bearing shall be paid seperately )

Providing ball bearing set (upper and lower) suitable for drainage dewatering submersible pump set of capacity up to 15 HP of make Mody/ KSB make sewage/ drainage submersible pumpset etc. as required and as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing sealing rubber "O" ring kits suitable for drainage dewatering submersible pump set of capacity up to 15 HP of make Mody/ KSB make sewage/ drainage submersible pumpset etc. as required and as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of mechanical seal set (Upper and Lower) of capacity up to 15 HP of make T/C, V/S, J/C suitable for sewage/ drainage electric submersible pump sets of make Mody/ KSB etc. as required and as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation/ Reassembling and lowering of sewage/ draiange dewatering submersible pump set of 20 HP to 30 HP capacity make of KSB in the sump tubewell with help of chainpully and tripot including connection of delivery pipe line, electric cable if required,connection in control pannel with fixing of control pannel, testing etc.complte as per the direction & satisfcation of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing/ rewinding and overhauling of drainage dewatering submersible pump set of 20 HP make of KSB 3 phase 415 volt AC supply, discharge @ 60 LPS at 14 mtr. Or higher level, 50 HZ complete by means of rewinding with suitable size of copper wire with allied rewinding material/ varnishing etc. including electric cable connection, testing etc. as required as per the direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of ball bearing set (upper and lower) suitable for drainage dewatering submersible pump set of capacity 20 HP make of KSB . Complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of sealing rubber "O" ring kits suitable for drainage submersible pump set of capacity 20 HP make of KSB etc. Complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of power contactor ML 1.5, 25 Amp 420 Volts, 3 phase suitable for SU/ mody/ Grundfoss/ KSB make sewage/ drainage. Submersible pump etc. as required.

Providing of 32 Amp. Contactor ML-2 type L & T/ BCH make for star delta fully auomatic starter including labur charges, cartage etc. as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of 9-14 Amp. Overload relay L & T/ BCH make for star delta fully automatic starter/ DOL starter including labour charges, cartage etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 13-21 /20-32 Amp range overload relay BCH/ L & T make for star delta fully automatic starter i/c labour charge, cartage etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of 32 Amp. T.P.N. M.C.B. of make L & T/ fuji/ havells including fixing charges cartage etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing single phasing preventer of approved make L & T, Siemens, minilac etc. upto 25 HP monoblock pump set as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing volt meter 96 x 96 sq.mm. (0-500 volt) of A.E. (Automatic electric) Siemens or equivalent made complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and replacing Ampere meter 96 x 96 sq.mm. (0-30 Amp) of make A.E. (Automatic electric) Siemens or equivalent made complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing push button with element BCH/ L & T/ Velhina make 22.5mm dia cartage labour charge for fixing the push button i/c testing etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Service and overhauling of cast iron double flanged Non Returned valve of 75 to 150 mm dia make of Kirloskar drainage dewatering submersible pump set including valve, Cartage etc. complete as per the driection of Engineer-in-charge.
