Lifting of motor from foundation,shifting of the same , outside of the pump house with the help of casual labour and loading of the motor into truck with mobile(hydra) and uloading same with same, including Transportation of motor from Gumma pumping station to workshop and back to Gumma.

Removal of silicon steel stamping from the stator and dismentaling the complete stamping and replacement of demage portion of the stamping approx. 20% ,varnishing of complete stamping and than assemblying and fitting into the stator.

Rewinding of Stator with H class winding conductor and insulating material :-Dismenating of slot wedges,taking out of all the coils from the stator slots,cleaning of stator slots,making and forming of complete set of new 48 Nos.coils with super enameled double fibre glass covered varnished conductors,rewinding of stator with newly formed and tested coils,providing and fixing of new epoxy glass slot wedges,clears,packers,tying and lacing of coils with glass cord with each other on both the lower and upper over hang portions of winding,applying of epoxy,making and brazing of connections,insulating the same with F/H class resin rich glass mica tapes,drying out and applying of Jellcoat epoxy by spraying to the complete stator winding,drying out and H.V.Testing of the same.

Repair of Shaft on both side bearing Seat welding and turning work.

Replacement of DE and NDE side white metal bearing bushes to actual shaft size with permissible tolerance and clearances as per manufacturer mannual including all leads & Lifts etc., complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dynamic balancing of rotor complete in all respect.

Star point insulator replacement.

Alignment,commissioning and testing of motor complete in all respects
