S&F for 4mm thick, plywood (No. of ply3), grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick , veneered decorative plywood (No. of ply3), grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face; fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermidiate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and inculding ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermidiate channel with connecting clips across the intermidiate channel at 457mm centre to centre including 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cemet building boards fixed/laid to GI frame work and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work and including dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any positioncomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of creosote complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor to receive tile, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
