Repairs to existing doors/windows/cupboard shutters (wood) by chiseling,cutting and tightening ,the styles and rails, CP screws etc. wherever required including dismantling and refixing the same all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-setting of existing aluminum door/window shutters , tightening of cleats etc. replacing of pivots or aluminium hinges or rubber gasket, making holes, wherever required including CP screws etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to existing aluminum door/window shutters after dismantling and fixing of dismantled members of shutter by providing of cleats, CP screws, replacing of pivots, aluminium hinges, making holes, rubber gasket, etc. wherever required all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to existing main entry steel gate shutters by cutting, welding and providing M.S. flat, square bars and angles, sheet etc. wherever required after dismanting and refixing shutters in proper position, level & alingment by providing hold fasts and pivot ect. in RCC Columns to ensure smooth working of the steel gate shutters all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The Cost includes the transportation of electric/gas welding plant, cutter machine ,scafolding, bracing, mechanical arrangement for getting out and refixxing sheet shutters, etc. required for repair to steel gate. { The Steel used in built up sections/ framed work, angles, tee, brackets, M.S. Sheet, channel, ect. shall be paid in respective item SH: Steel Work).

Cleaning of blocked floor trap/P-trap/gully trap/rain water pipe/water closet/vertical sewage stacks ensuring free flow of sewage and disposal of same beyond Municipal limit complete all in respect in as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note:- All T & P for the work shall be arranged by the agency).

Repair to leaking G.I water supply pipe line by dismantling the G.I pipe, replacing the GI pipe and fittings wherever required and restoring the water supply upto 15 metre height all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(G.I. pipe and fittings shall be paid for separately )

Terrace/floor cleaning upto upto 4th storey building including removal of rank vegetations,grass,sludge etc. and disposal upto 50m lead all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC covers with all necessary fittings of approved quality to PVC water storage tanks of capacity up to 1000 litres placed on terrace up to level-5 all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of Plants like Pipal Plant etc. from the roofs,shafts and from other parts of the Building at all heights and removing its roots,And pouring solution of Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% in the root of plants and making good the same complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Girth not exceeding 10 cm)
