Materials and labour for excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of HT under ground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each not exceeding 0.50 cum , getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm layers in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand cushioning in cable trenches over and under the cable, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and laying common brunt clay building bricks, sub-class “B” (old size) for protection of cable, laid flat and width wise along the axis of the trench over sand cushioning inside the trench, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 40mm bore GI pipe bracket (Light Grade) of length 2 mtrs bent to shape and fixed with 25mm x 4mm MS flat with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc, as required and painting with two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of primer anf fixed to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core conforming to IS 7098 in trenches / through GI pipe / fixed along with pole structure etc with all fixing and connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 2 core conforming to IS 7098 in trenches / through GI pipe / fixed along with pole structure etc with all fixing and connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 METRE below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 METRE below normal ground level, connected to GI Earth Strip 32 x 6 mm drawn through and including GI Pipe 40 mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection upto 1.00 METRE above the floor level, by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers etc., Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or coke dust mixed with common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150 mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Cover Slab 350x350 x50mm, reinforced with and including 8.0 mm dia TMT Bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways, GI wire mesh, Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) ‘medium grade’, necessary excavation in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and removal of Surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) and Testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorusbronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sub-main wiring with 6 Sqmm nominal area PVC unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor two single core cable drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size, complete with all accessories including 4 Sqmm nominal area PVC unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor single core cable earth continuity wire complete all as directed and as specified. Note: One run PVC sonduit, two runs main cable and one runs of earth wire shall be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 5mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item here-in - after.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, confirming to IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair faces of brick work and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block for fixing hold fasts etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete , M-15 (Nominal Mix) Type B2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in Foundations, Filling and Mass-Concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for mild steel angle iron any size in required length including drilling holes etc.as in fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, etc. for fencing, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, angle iron fixed independently, without connecting plates, including grouting in natural ground or concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing of size 100x100 mm mesh, 4mm GI wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, length of bolt exc 5cm long, diameter of shank 05mm to 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending hooking ends and securing with nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described for over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
