Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in leveling course including use of form work as necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone as in floors etc, set and jointed in cement mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work as in Wind Tie in roof and MS structural works in trusses, etc with screwed ends including nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls chimneys, roofs arches etc any kind rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 40 x 40 x 2mm, cross Tee of size 40 x 40 x 2mm and wall angle of size 40 x 40 x 2mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls complete all as specifed and as directed including provision of with 4mm thick Non Asbestos boards, ordinary type for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted above shall be deemed to include for making holes, cutting chassis if any required and making good to existing walls in cement mortar 1: 3 to match with existing surface finish as directed at site.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, floors, pavings and hardstanding etc, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc including necessary forwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sq. M but not exceeding 4 Sq. M each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber beading, glazing clips. Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, and sliding tower bolt 150mm long anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy,anodised, sliding door bolt of length 250mm with hasp, staple (bolt type) & fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts & sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminium alloy complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with Aluminium alloy wire staples complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Powder Coated aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum coating of grade AC 15) of DG 102 design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix door closer hydraulically regulated cast iron body, designation No 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 Kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing floor door stopper aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, 150 mm over all length of cover plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping ,for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to 10mm for stirrups cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia bars, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggrgate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, post, struts, piers, coloumn and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal, fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering on concrete or Brick works surface racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water, removing rubbish/debris etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of of new plastered/concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, over surface of wall all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces.

Material and labour for preparing old external plaster surface of walls including washing rubbing down and brooming down mould mass and applying One coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 30mm thick river sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator and with scratch proof lacquer coating on top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
