Erection of One Single 6.00 Pole structure with 75 mm nominal dia B Class pipe of thickness 3.00mm of Jindal Brand or equivalent including providing Base plate of size 150mm X 150mm x 8mm thickness at bottom and round plate of dia 82 mm and thickness 2 mm at Top including any Bracket requirement for Anchorage, Step rod with angles of 32mm X 32mm X 4 mm of 10 Nos, Applying Etch primer of base coat and Yellow primer of Zinc Chromate of brand MRF or Equivalent including erection of the same with necessary scaffoldings, Coirs, safety jackets All complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. ( The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site where the pole is to be erected at a height of about 25.00 m excluding the pole height for safety of men working)

Providing and laying Cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) for Pole structural base including cost of centering, shuttering upto 0.25 cum. ( The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site where the structural base for the pole is to be carried out at a height of about 25.00 m excluding the pole height for safety of men working)

Providing and laying Cement concrete with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for BTS & Power Plant Plinth of Size 5.00mx1.50mx0.125m including cost of centering, shuttering, Finishing the Top and sides upto 1.00 cum. ( The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site where the Plinth is to be carried out at a height of about 20.00 m excluding the pole height for safety of men working)

Providing and laying Cement concrete with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) for Engine Bed of Siize 2.35mx1.35mx1.55 upto 5.00 Cum with necessary demolishing of Cement Concrete, Earth work, Msand Filling, Refilling, PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ), Centring and shuttering including Finishing the Top and sides of the Bed with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Psand ), Making good the Floors, Fixing 40x40x4mm nosing angles for the edges with painting etc., all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Supplying 8 mm dia galvanised MS rope for stay wire arrangement all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supplying GI /MS Clamp, D bolts and erecting stay wire of the pole structure including wall /Floor clamp fixed with expansion fasteners, clamping the stay wire at ends, All complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Painting with Epoxy Enamel paint of approved Brand Berger or equivalent make and even shade in two or more coats over the Structural sections . The payment shall be made based on the weight of the Pole considering as a job.
