Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour sand cushioning (Tibba Sand) for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Precast unreinforced Concrete cable covers Class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm for HT cable all as specefied

Taking out HT un-serviceable / faulty cable of Cross sectional area 95 sq mm, 3 core from trench / pole / cable duct carefully incl bricks, pipe and stacking properly for disposing off from site or for relaying in same place complete all as directed Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate of this item include the cost of taking out brick protection/ tiles and GI Pipe etc as applicable. (iii) Old serviceable cable shall be stored properly for relaying / handing over to contractor for disposal off from site.

Tracing out fault in 11KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with joints as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified. Note: (i). Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable required, if any shall be measured and paid for separately. (vi) Fault & location thereof shall be traced within 12 hours of intimation by the Engineer-in-Charge and shall be rectified within given time frame

M&L servicing of 33 KV Isolator including, greasing repairing U fingers and knives as suitable, fixing connecting leads properly with suitable size conductor and checking and repairing the operation complete all as specified. Note : (i) Cost of grease, lubricating oil shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Site of servicing shall be given as and when felt by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be admissible on account of any misunderstanding. (iii) Servicing shall be carried out by the contractor within time frame allowed by the GE/ Engineer-in-Charge. Therefore, contractor shall provide the sufficient manpower/ electricians including T&P well in advance so that interruptions of electricity can be minimized.

M&L servicing of Air Break Switch (GOD) 11 KV (200/400 Amp) including, greasing repairing/replacement of U fingers and knives blade as suitable, fixing connecting leads properly with suitable size conductor and checking and repairing the operation complete all as specified. Note : (i) Cost of grease, lubricating oil shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Site of servicing shall be given as and when felt by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be admissible on account of any misunderstanding. (iii) Servicing shall be carried out by the contractor within time frame allowed by the GE/ Engineer-in-Charge. S&F as in repairs out door, TP, Gang Operating Device, in single bank, tilting type suitable for vertical / horizontal mounting consisting of hot dipped electro plated galvanised channel iron base having 9 Nos insulators 11 KV, copper aloy tinned contacts, copper or chromium plated MS arcing chains capable of making and breaking the magnetising current complete with horizontal bar, GI pipe as down operating rod coupled with handle for operation with locking arrangement with working voltage of 11000 Volts of 200 Amps rating and testing on full load complete all as specified. Note : Contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers and test certificate duly attested by the manufacturer.

M&L Disconnecting, opening of 33KV, 3 Pole, 200/ 400 Amps, outdoor type Porcelain Clad Vaccum Circuit Breaker of Make: Crompton Greaves / GEC, type : 36PV25A (used for protection of 33/11 KV ,3.15 MVA transformer) for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing and caliberation, greasing, oiling of parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of sch 'A' as supply only but cost of fixing of the parts replaced/repaired shall be deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of VCB manufacturer. The service engineer will submit a service report including calibration for each VCB and unit rate of this item includes this element. (iii) Any item not mentioned in the description of item above but required for successful operation of the panel shall be provided by the contractor and the cost there of shall be deemed to be included unit rate quoted. (iv) Complete repair/ services as applicable shall be carried out at work site only. (v) Complete job shall be completed within reasonable time as allowed by the GE/Engineer-in-Charge, accordingly contractor shall provide all arrangements including T&P and equipments/ parts well in time for timely completion of work. Tenderer are hereby advised to keep this factor while quoting their rates.

M&L Servicing of 33 KV Current Transformer, cleaning of core, replacement of oil (40 Ltr), testing of all connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Oil shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item as 'Supply only'.

Supply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11, 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirements for corrosive sulpher of BDV not less than 65 KV for topping up the Power/distribution transformer HT 33 KV / 11 KV. NOTE:- Transformer oil shall be brought by the contractor in sealed standard packing in barrell of 210 ltrs capacity. Contractor shall produce the original purchase vouchers and test certificate from the manufacturer.

M&L filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength / insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs PG clamp die cast aluminium of suitable size and for fixing clampling ACSR conductor connections for PT's CTs isolators all as specified

Supply, stringing and fixing as in repairs ACSR conductor of any type/size on existing poles including fixing to insulators with binding wire or aluminium taps complete all as specified .

Disconnecting, opening of indoor type VCB (Make : Crompton / Megawin / Yamuna Denson / ABB Ltd, Alsthom) of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/630/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report and calibration certificate for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

M&L repair to distribution transformer step down 11/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of capacity up to 250 KVA, by dismantling the transformer carefully, opening the top cover of transformer for inspection /repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete, taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, varnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside, marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, filling of new transformer oil, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, explosion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Winding wire for making of coils, HT/LT bushes, new transformer oil will be measured & paid for seperately (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for repaired transformer duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge before installation.

Supply and fix as in repairs HT cable route marker / HT cable joint marker made of Jodhpur stone 250mm x 150mm size, 900mm long, with top of oval shaped, two sides engraved with letters 'HT cable', letters painted with approved paint, embedded in ground including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.
