Material and labour for 60 mm thick, PCC pavers interlocking tiles of glossy finish, with grey cement and no pigment ,any shape & size conforming to IS 15658 of 2006. M-35 grade made up with 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, factory made over and incl 30mm thick sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand incl leveled with plate vibrator & sweeping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Digitally printed paver tiles 300mm x 300mm x 10 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed, factory made, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, glossy finish set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed, factory made, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement and sand mortar (1:3), joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement and sand mortar (1:2) with an admixture of metallic floor hardener 5% by weight of cement and struck flush etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for edge stones to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long x 150 to 200mm wide, and 450mm deep and ditto as per item No. 7 (here-in-before).

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for 40 mm thick rough dressed Shahabad stone as in floor etc over and incl 15 mm thick screed base in cement and sand mortar (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and any description etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel angle iron for fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape, as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel bolts, 10 mm dia and 65 mm long, purpose / machine made with hexagonal head or square head one end and crewed on other end, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and on hexagonal or square nut etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Chain link fencing shall be measured and paid as separately as supply only.

Supply only chain link fencing made cut from GI wire 10 gauge and 50 mm aperture weight not less than 3 kg / Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

S&F 10 mm dia mild steel round bars to tighten chain link fencing including necessary hooking, binding cutting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete in PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation, filling and mass concrete or similar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for flat iron 40 X 6 mm cut to required length including drilling holes for fixing of nut and bolts to hold chain link fencing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-I ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in road side kerb stones (Factory made ) and similar articles with plain faces, including chamfers weathering throating etc, set in cement and sand mortar (1:4), including dismantling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type E-0 (1:5:10) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates and setting in cement and sand mortar (1:6) including demolition etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering, 15 mm thick on stone/brick / concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1:4 finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls, kerb stone and concrete surface & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint on wall & etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering, 10 mm thick on brick / concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar (1:6) surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement mortar plaster on brick or stone walls, raking out joints, hacking for key etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M/L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drain and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 450 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old / new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

An amount of Rs 85,505.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
