M & L and erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of FRW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 ( 9 meters long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, etc complete .

Supply , laying connecting and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/ passing through pipe/fixing on walls, floors etc incl using suitable clamp of cross sectional area 2 core 10 Sqmm Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good surface for laying /removing of cable all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

(a) Soft/loose soil

(b) Hard/dense soil

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m wide and n exc. 3 m in depth for pole foundation/laying cables in Soft/disintegrated rock all as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to distance n exc 50 metre all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for plinth blocks of LT poles etc incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles incl fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying of pipe for laying of UG cables and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type cI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate)

M & L for GI tubing light grade with including all fittings for protection of cable laid in tranches or fixing to pole ducts/road crossing/on wall with suitable size of FI clamp complete of the following sizes :-

(a) 40mm dia bore

(b) 50mm dia bore

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

S&F of PVC insulated cable with copper condcutor 1.5 sqmm three core drwan through pole from pole junction box to street light connector and testing complete.

S&F street light bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe of 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including pole bracket made out of MS strip 40x5 mm flat, nut bolts, washers etc and fixed on wall/pole all as specified and directed.
