Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete of type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B-2, (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separatety under respective item of this Schedule

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description of thickness laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick approved quarried stone joints are grouted flush with cement mortar 1:6 laid in pavings face hammer dressed sides fitted fairly hllows wedged in with stone chips and interstices fitted with approved earth etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only 100 mm thick approved quarried stone joints are grouted flush with cement mortar 1:6 laid in pavings face hammer dressed sides fitted fairly hollows wedged in with stone chips and interstices fitted with approved earth etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry & pointed and removal of debris outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete,sub base etc type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2,using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct on item No.33 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of silt, leaves, vegetation from drains of any depth and width including taking out cover slabs of any thickness and placing back and making good the finishes and removal of sludge outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs SS tubes, plates, chains, special articles of any size and shape fixed in position as in railings etc., including welding, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 100mm to 150mm dia by rodding from one manhole to next manhole and washing through in fresh water including removing all sludge, tree roots from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land complete all directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 200mm to 300mm dia by rodding from one manhole to next manhole and washing through in fresh water including removing all sludge, tree roots from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land complete all as directed.

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth including lifting up and removing sludge & accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle KAMBI 6 LCN mounted with compressor and sucker tank of M/s Kam-avida enviro Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune or similar model vehicle & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed, sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land complete all as directed

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size and exceeding 1.5 M in depth including lifting up and removing sludge & accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle KAMBI 6 LCN mounted with compressor and sucker tank of M/s Kam-avida enviro Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune or similar model vehicle & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed, sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land complete all as directed

Cleaning of septic tank/soakage pit of any description by mechanically, of any size and depth including lifting up ad removing sludge along with sewage water not less than 3000Kg/Load including accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material by using vehicle KAMBI 6 LCN mounted with compressor and sucker tank of M/s Kam-avida enviro Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune or similar model vehicle and washing down with water for smooth functioning including disposal outside MD land all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 ltrs suction capacity and 6000 ltrs water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator supervising engineer etc for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking and flushing of sewer lines from one manhole to another by pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes(Salt glazed stoneware,AC reinforced concrete / PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 150/180mm dia fixed in any position

M&L for 160mm double wall corrugated HDPE pipe laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to 160mm dia SGSW/HDPE pipes including packing under haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping,haunching and the similar work weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges and throating including formwork all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished concrete materials etc.to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and tacking at the destination exc 5.0 km total distance up to10KM complete all as specified and directed.
